Cooking with Martell by Chef Leoniel

Friday 3rd June 2016 - was my cooking show presented by Martell. When i was asked to do this, i was so excited, because i love pairing my food with alcohol... hahahaha

Many ideas, recipes and food simply run in my mind as to which should i prepare and what should go with what. Trust me that wasn't as easy as what you may have thought ..

The whole program was organized by Alliance Française de Kuala Lumpur and the major sponsors were Martell and also Brandt Asie. Co-sponsor on that day was McCormick.

I know some of you were disappointed because you guys wasn't able to grab a seating for the show. Please forgive us as space for such events are typically very limited. That's why i am writing this article to let you know what happen.

The event started on time despite it was raining heavily and some roads were terribly jam. For that i would like to thank each and everyone of you for being punctual.

  

I am glad that each and everyone enjoyed the evening with the amount of food that was served. We started our menu tasting with an array of canapes and different variety of bread.

in between those we also served the sturgeon soup for everyone to try.

the highlight for the canapes was no other than the Empurau fish.

the hand-on session with the audience was really fun as they struggle to assemble the tarts together..
